Applying to the World Language Immersion Program
Chinese & Spanish Immersion Application Window
To be included in the initial selection process, a student’s application must be received during the application window the spring before they enter Kindergarten. The application window is open each year from February 1 through March 31. Applicants who applied during the window will receive a letter by email before April 15 informing them if they were accepted into a program or placed on a waiting list.
Applications received after the application window will be considered after the initial selection process.
New Students to the District
New applicants must apply online using the “Student Enrollment” link found here:

Create an account and fill out the enrollment application. The language immersion application is part of this form.
Returning Students (Non-Immersion)
Pre-K or Kindergarten students in our district, who have not participated in the immersion program in previous years, can apply by filling out the “Returning Student Enrollment Form” on their PowerSchool account. Sign in here:

Returning Students (Already in Immersion)
Once you have been accepted into the World Language Immersion Program, you do not need to re-apply each year. You will be automatically placed in a Spanish or Chinese class each school year.
