Jefferson Education Foundation
The Jefferson Education Foundation works to support our students through donations from the community, parents, and patrons. The education foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports our school district by providing funding for specific programs, classrooms, and initiatives that may not be covered by the school’s regular budget. By donating to the education foundation, we can directly contribute to enhancing our children’s education. It helps provide resources for things like extracurricular activities, special projects, and even additional classroom materials.
One of the important things about donating to the education foundation is that it’s a tax-deductible contribution. This means that when tax season comes around, we can claim a deduction for the amount we donate, potentially lowering our taxable income. Additionally, the education foundation allows donors to specify which programs, teachers, or initiatives they want to support. This way, donors can have a direct say in where their contributions go.
