All schools in Jefferson School District 251 will be closed on Monday, February 20, for President’s Day. 

 

 

The Board of Trustees has adopted Calendar A for the 2017-2018 school year.  This calendar received the most votes from the community, staff and students. School will begin on Wednesday, August 30, and finish on Thursday, May 31.

 

 

 Bring the following items with you to the Kindergarten Round-Up:   The child you will be enrolling in Kindergarten, birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency (Utility bill preferred).
Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2017.  Kindergarten Round-Up will be held at each elementary school.

 

 

 

Chinese and Spanish Immersion Enrollment Information:

The enrollment window for 2017- 2018 Chinese and Spanish Immersion applications is now open and will close on Friday, March 17. During this window, new applicants must apply online using the District’s Student Enrollment link located on the district’s website at www.jeffersonsd251.org. If we have more applicants than seats available, a selection process will be held the first part of April.  At that time, parents will be notified if their child has either been accepted or been placed on the waiting list.

New Payment Option

CashRegisterJefferson School District has provided a new option to submit student donations and other student payments on-line. Just access your PowerSchool Parent account and you will see a NEW link labeled Payment Form. This link is just above the 2016-17 Returning Student Enrollment/Update form link.

This option is currently available to be used only once a year. Any donations or other payments made after this initial submission will need to be made at the school.
